CHECKLIST

Additional documentation required in case of:
Foundations


IMPORTANT: To satisfactory meet the compliance requirements ALL the following documents shall be provided:


  1. Photo/Coloured copy of valid identity card or passport AND Photo/Coloured copy of proof of residential address (domestic utility bill OR last quarterly statement OR residence certificate) not older than 3 months which highlights the address and header of the following subjects:
    -Founder(s)
    -Council Member(s)
    -The beneficiary(s)
  2. A copy of Foundation Charter (deed of formation or other founding documents) including:
  3. -The purposes and object of foundation
    -Foundation capital
    -The address of the registered office foundation
    -The procedure for appointment, removal period of office of the members of Council and the holding of its meetings
    N.B. IN CASE OF NON-EU INCORPORATION, IT MUST BE A CERTIFIED TRUE COPY
  4. A declaration of Beneficial ownership of entity duly signed by the administration (or Council) of the foundation. (In the event that there are no named beneficiaries, a letter of undertaking from the Council that the name(s) of beneficiaries and documents will be furnished to the Institution at the time of appointment)

All documents provided need to be in English or in Italian language. Any documents provided in any other language need to be translated by a certified translator.

The Compliance Department reserves the right to request further documentation
