CHECKLIST

Additional documentation required in case of:
Gaming


IMPORTANT: To satisfactory meet the compliance requirements ALL the following documents shall be provided:

  1. Colour Copy of Valid Gaming License(s), issued by a national authority
  2. Geographical area of business activity declaration
  3. Copy of eventual Agreements with third parties (ie Service Agreement for sublicensing)
    (Companies providing services for other high-risk businesses and geographical areas)
  4. Operated URL links
  5. The latest recent Tax return declaration of the Company (if available)
  6. Wolfsberg Group Questionnaire (if the activity requires at least one license), OR Contract signed with the Licensee/Dealer
  7. AML Policies of the Gaming Company.
  8. Business plan or Business Description

All documents provided need to be in English or in Italian language. Any documents provided in any other language need to be translated by a certified translator.

The Compliance Department reserves the right to request further documentation
