CHECKLIST

Documents required for the activation of a BUSINESS ACCOUNT
Company having companies as shareholders


IMPORTANT: To satisfactory meet the compliance requirements ALL the following documents shall be provided:

  1. Photo/Coloured copy of a valid identity card or passport of all Directors and the shareholder/Beneficial Owner with shares exceeding 25% (25% + 1)
  2. SELFIE while holding the identity document of all Directors
  3. Photo/Coloured copy of proof of residential address (domestic utility bill OR last quarterly statement OR residence certificate) not older than 3 months which highlights the address of all Directors and the shareholder/Beneficial Owner with shares exceeding 25% (25% + 1)
  4. Coloured copy of:
    - Structure chart not older than 3 months, dated and sigend by the Managing Director/CEO
    - Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles,
    -Vat Certificate (if not available the “Tax Number” is mandatory).
  5. The Copy of the Memorandum & Articles of the company’s as shareholders until the final UBO is confirmed. The document should not be more than 3 months and authenticated by an official registry website.
  6. Website (if available)
  7. Completed, signed, and true copy of the Emoney Contract
  8. In case of fiduciaries as shareholder (in case of trust as shareholder. Extra docs are required, see trust checklist page)
  9. - License (if available)
    - UBO declaration on fiduciary Company letterhead or on Emoney UBO declaration form signed
    - Fiduciary agreement signed
All documents provided need to be in English or in Italian language. Any documents provided in any other language need to be translated by a certified translator.
